Featuring two massive clubs with both off to a rocky start - a turmoiled Manchester hosts Klopp's Liverpool, this looks an intriguing one. Let's get into it.

THE CHALK (How will most people build their lineups?)

With any slate (Showdown in particular) the first thing I do is identify the chalk. If you're playing cash games, you want chalk. More often that not, the chalk is chalk for good reason.

Liverpool are slight road favorites (-155). Both sides have struggled to create the finished product, but it's safe to expect goals. The total is at 2.5 with juice on the over (-200). There's no doubt that heavy-Liverpool will be the chalk build. They allowed the second fewest crosses, chances created, and corners last season, making it hard to get behind United exposure in bulk. Only City ranked better.

Salah, Trent, and a discounted Robertson look like staples in cash games. It's not the best spot for Eriksen, but I trust his floor if I'm playing cash games. It looks like he's the primary set piece taker over Bruno. The core three of Salah - TAA - Eriksen leaves room for one more mid-range, and scraps from there.

$8K & UNDER NOTES (none stand out as musts, but I'll rank by preference):

1. Andrew Robertson ($7,600) - Poor performance last time out but more times than not, he pays this salary off. Floor strong, ceiling is there.

2. Cristiano Ronaldo ($8,000) - Best odds to score on MU. Big game player.

3. Marcus Rashford ($5,400) - Has looked terrible thus far, but this is the cheapest he'll ever be.

4. Jadon Sancho ($5,800) - Has also looked terrible thus far, but this is the cheapest he'll ever be.

5. Virgil van Dijk ($3,800)

6. David de Gea ($4,000)

7. Diogo Dalot ($4,400)

Anyone $4K and under is usable.

Lisandro Martinez ($3,400) - Probable to start in the midfield today. Still very defensively minded, but may play higher up than usual.

Nathaniel Phillips ($3,600)

Harry Maguire ($3,000) - Min price, big head.

GPP STRATEGY (How can I make my lineups unique?)

To win big, it's important for us to find ways to be different. Let's do some quick hitters.

- Use an attacker in CPT. Play the script of goals from both sides.

- Scratch Eriksen for GPP's - the ceiling isn't there.

- Use Roberto Firmino ($8,600) or Bruno Fernandes ($8,200). They're priced in no mans land and have high goal equity.

- Pair Rashford / Sancho with Ronaldo / Fernandes. They make for a cheap stack that doesn't need much to pay off.
